How long does delivery take?
9~15 Business Days (Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time)
Please allow us 1~3 Business Days for order processing, which depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging, and also the store contingent of the individual product.
How will my delivery be shipped?
4PX and Amazon function as our logistics partners to ship out Fun Sharings products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Notes:
- Express Shipping is not available due to the current COVID-19 situation.
- In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors, it can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
- If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
- Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.
FAQs:
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
